UPC buff on ver 3?

it says this gonna shows up on 3.0, but dunno when will this gonn apply in our server

i hope if this is real.. may it not come too late.. XD

the baron buff and Protective buff seems to be the greatest buff for now

Baron buff = edward,gavin,selva + pet heal

edwards= fast attack speed and high attack + a grim reaper to handle the small moobs.

gavin= ultimate pistol dmg skill when using raplier + pistol, duel to his high dex, mortal enternity last hit (pistol shot) do more then 15k~30k dmg (see what pistol and stat of the pistol).

selva= ligthning magic + raplier, have a element buff that add lighning dmg and resist. if not mistaken she will have chain lightning spell and 1 lightning aoe dmg skill.

melee + spell dmg+ some range dmg


protective buff = grandice, romina, rescue knight + healing pet

grandice = super high hp, can wear mental armor (thick skin granny), ultimate user for GS, slightly faster attack speed on GS, can provoke (the shout of the granny....ROAR).

Romina = higher attack and HP version of rescue knight, super normal dmg blocker (even with rifle veteran romina have 27 block in default,thats without cast of guardian), can cast ress (revive the granny), rifle attack speed faster duel to her 6 agi, can wear mental armor.

Rescue knight = normal tanker, without guardian the tank is sucks , can cast ress (if she survive to cast it ), if have romina why her

switch between range and melee dmg.

is selva hard to get too?

havent seen anyone with selva..yet.

rescue nights i see is 12,000 FESO each. dunno on vis though...

selva will onlky show up on 3.0 or i should say that selva is the main rnpc introduce into the game for 3.0 the buff, and renew parts of the item + effect seems all to fit for her.
